|
Recruiters and hiring managers participating in a Targeted Job Fairs event will receive the following:
|
Booth Space
An 8″ x 10″ booth space complete with your company′s sign. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring along additional booth displays, graphics and handouts to further promote their company.
Extensive Advertising
Events are frequently promoted through e-mail, online advertising, newspaper and direct mail -- coordinated and paid for by Targeted Job Fairs. Your company is listed in event promotions including the event program and e-mail campaigns.
Logistics Expertise
We will coordinate everything for you to make sure the event is successful and hassle-free. We secure the venue, print the program books with your company information and provide event signage so that participants know exactly where to go once they reach the venue. We also offer private room facilities, and even a catered lunch. Venues are chosen based on convenience, visibility and reputation.
Market Research
Targeted Job Fairs conducts research on which markets are poised for growth in new opportunities and employment needs. We examine industry trends, regional demographics and company expansions when scheduling career fairs. Our events are strategically held in cities that have the potential to produce the greatest results for our clients.
The Best Candidates
High-quality candidates are hand delivered to each event. We have exclusive access to Dice.com′s database of 1.7 million technology and engineering professionals, and ClearanceJobs.com′s database of 70,000 security-cleared professionals, and we promote upcoming TJF events to those candidates. Candidates are also obtained through professional organizations, regional websites, e-mail services and local print media. In 2006, an average of 364 qualified candidates appeared at each event, giving recruiters and HR managers a wide pool of talent to choose from.
Shortened Interviewing Time
Career fairs provide face-to-face meetings with candidates and identify the prospects and shorten the hiring process. Let′s face it -- most companies spend hours of unnecessary time searching for candidates that qualify for a second interview. By participating in a career fair, you are saving your company thousands of dollars and hours of time by condensing all those first interviews into a few fast-paced hours and identifying the top candidates for your unique hiring needs.
